
Sales Specialist

We're seeking a Sales Specialist to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation for our partner's AI automation platform. You'll play a pivotal role in building the top of the sales funnel, engaging qualified leads, and helping shape their go-to-market efforts. This position is ideal for someone who's self-motivated, target-driven, and energized by startup growth environments.
Key Responsibilities- Execute full-cycle outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls to identify and engage potential leads.
- Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers and prospective clients.
- Utilize tools such as Apollo, Instantly, and Sales Navigator to build and manage outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate lead activity, engagement data, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion efficiency.
- Contribute to simple sales enablement materials, such as short demo videos or outreach content, as needed.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions.
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 3 years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and meeting-booking goals.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using modern sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Comfortable working in U.S. business hours (ET or PT).
- Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or AI-related industries.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools or concepts.
- Experience creating brief demo or outreach content.
- Background in startup or fast-scaling business environments.
