We're hiring a full-time
Salesperson
to sell VR/AI learning tools to
Australian schools
. You'll prospect, book demos, run discovery, and move opportunities through a tidy CRM—working
AU business hours
while based in the
Philippines
. Clear playbooks, strong coaching culture, and meaningful mission in education and professional development.

What you'll do

  • Prospect & qualify schools/RTOs in Australia
  • Run discovery, tailored demos, and follow-ups
  • Build/maintain pipeline in CRM; forecast basics
  • Book meetings with principals, HODs, training managers
  • Coordinate proposals, pilots/POCs, and smooth handoffs
  • Hit monthly targets for meetings, demos, SQOs

What we're looking for

  • Excellent English
    (spoken & written), confident on video/phone
  • Experience selling to
    US/AU/NZ/Asia
    (any one)
    or
    strong readiness to ramp with coaching
  • Outbound
    : research accounts, create lists, multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Discovery & demo
    skills; calm objection handling
  • Process-driven & coachable; clean
    CRM
    hygiene
  • Tools: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator a plus)
  • Time-zone: able to work
    AU business hours
    (AEST/AEDT)

Nice to have

  • EdTech/SaaS or education sector exposure (K–12, RTO/TAFE/VET, Higher Ed)
  • Experience with pilots/POCs, basic RFPs, or channel partners in Asia

Compensation & schedule

  • Base:
    AUD 10–15K/year
    (
    ≈ A$833–1,250/month ,Php 31,000- Php 47,000 per month
    )
    + commissions
  • Hours:
    Mon–Fri,
    AU business hours
    (AEST/AEDT)
  • Location:
    Remote (Philippines)
