Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Human Resources Manager with 2–3 years of professional experience in HR management. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the company's HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with DOLE regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, employee management, and government-mandated benefits, ensuring all HR operations align with company policies and Philippine labor standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily HR operations across all departments.
  • Process and manage accurate payroll, ensuring timeliness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations and other government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and monitor attendance, leaves, and performance.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR reports, and documentation.
  • Facilitate performance evaluation and employee development programs.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR best practices and labor compliance updates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE compliance, and payroll systems.
  • Experience in managing government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS or payroll software.
