We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who excels at turning raw data into meaningful insights. This role is ideal for someone who can dig into large datasets, build clear visual stories, and support business decisions through accurate analysis. Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze raw datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Python libraries, or BI platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner, both visually and verbally.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in data quality and reporting processes.
  • Develop automated scripts (Python) to streamline recurring analysis and reporting tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong background in data visualization and presentation (dashboards, story-driven reporting).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, power query is a plus).
  • Solid experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Practical experience using Python for data cleaning, processing, and automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
