Data Analyst — Product/Growth

Location: Manila, Philippines

Offramp is building a global USD account for emerging markets by combining the best of traditional financial rails and crypto.
 We're backed by leading venture capital firms in crypto such as Alliance DAO, Orange DAO, 6th Man Ventures, Base Ecosystem Fund (led by Coinbase Ventures), Wintermute Ventures, and have recently raised our seed round.

We're in a high-growth phase and hiring a Data Analyst embedded in our Product/Growth team. You'll turn data into decisions that improve acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

What you'll do

  • Own product analytics: define and maintain our event tracking plan/taxonomy across web & mobile; partner with Eng to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Build actionable dashboards: funnels, cohorts, and north-star/guardrail metrics by market, rail, and channel (Mixpanel/Amplitude + BI).
  • Experimentation: design and analyze A/B tests (features, pricing/fees, onboarding, lifecycle); ensure power, lift, and guardrails are correct.
  • Lifecycle analytics: partner with CRM to target, measure, and iterate lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, reactivation, cross-sell).
  • Growth modeling: LTV/CAC by channel & country, payback periods, revenue bridges (interchange, FX, on/off-ramp fees).
  • Data quality: write reliable SQL, define metrics in dbt, and monitor data tests; document sources and business definitions.
  • Decision partner: synthesize insights and make concrete recommendations to PMs, designers, and the Head of Growth.

Your first 30/60/90 days

  • 30 days: ship a clean event tracking plan; stand up core dashboards (Acquisition → Activation → Retention); fix top 3 data quality gaps.
  • 60 days: baseline LTV/CAC & payback by channel/market; launch 1–2 high-impact experiments with Growth/PM; instrument lifecycle funnels.
  • 90 days: create a recurring weekly growth report; deliver a retention deep-dive (D7/D30/D90) with 2–3 prioritized product/lifecycle bets.

Must-have qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in Product Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering in a consumer tech or fintech environment.
  • Fluency in SQL and cohort/funnel analysis; strong grasp of metrics design (north-stars, guardrails) and A/B testing fundamentals.
  • Hands-on with at least one modern BI tool (Metabase, Looker, or similar) and one product analytics tool (Amplitude or Mixpanel).
  • Experience modeling in dbt (or willing to pick it up quickly) and collaborating with engineers on pipelines.
  • Clear communication: crisp, decision-oriented storytelling with stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Python/R for analysis & experiment frameworks; Airflow; Segment/GA4;
  • Fintech/Web3 familiarity (stablecoins, on/off-ramps, KYC funnels, interchange/FX economics).
  • Experience in high-growth Series A/B startups.
