Rocket Healthcare is a virtual staffing agency delivering top-tier remote professionals to U.S.-based healthcare organizations. We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making through interactive dashboards and reports, while also building automated workflows to streamline business processes and boost productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements.

  • Connect to various data sources and transform raw data into meaningful insights using Power Query and DAX.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and deliver customized data solutions.

  • Optimize performance of BI reports for usability and efficiency.

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting outputs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI-related issues and data inconsistencies.

  • Create and maintain documentation related to BI reports and processes.

  • Stay current on Power BI updates, features, and best practices.

  • Assist in training end-users and providing support for reporting tools.

  • Perform other data-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Power BI development and data visualization

  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

  • Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data architecture

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows)

  • Knowledge of automation, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and connectors

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote work setup

  • Background in healthcare reporting or experience working with U.S. clients is a plus
