Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our workplace. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe, clean, and highly functional office environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in facilities operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with external vendors and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all building systems.
  • Vendor and Engineer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for building administration, contractors, and building engineers for coordination purposes related to repairs, maintenance schedules, and project execution.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a high awareness of health and safety and cleanliness of the workplace, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and implementing necessary procedures.
  • PEZA Compliance: Utilize knowledgeable with PEZA processes and requirements to ensure the facility meets all necessary standards and documentation for Philippine Economic Zone Authority operations.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and organize schedules and appointments, demonstrating experience with calendar management for key facility events, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate facility records, maintenance logs, and expense reports using basic office software.
  • Emergency Response: Assist in developing and executing emergency action plans and serve as a key responder during facility-related incidents.

Qualifications
  • Education: Must be a College Graduate / Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course.
  • Experience: Must have 2-3 years' work experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills for effective vendor and internal stakeholder communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Operating Systems and the Internet).
  • Location and Schedule: Must be willing to work on Night Shifts and Shifting Schedules at our office in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City.
