About the Role:

The Senior Admin Associate will play a key role in supporting and overseeing day-to-day operations across administration, accounting, and procurement functions. This role requires a detail-oriented and reliable professional who can coordinate processes, ensure compliance, and provide guidance to junior staff, while working closely with management to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, including documentation, contracts, and permits.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of company events, schedules, and facility management.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff in daily tasks

Accounting Support

  • Assist in monitoring accounts payable/receivable, reimbursements, and expense reports.
  • Help prepare financial documents and coordinate with the Accounting Department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Procurement

  • Manage and monitor procurement requests, canvassing, and supplier coordination.
  • Review and approve vendor quotations based on budget and requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.

Operations Support

  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows across departments.
  • Provide reports and updates to management regarding admin, accounting, and procurement matters.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and ensure proper resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration, procurement processes, and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with coordination across multiple departments.
  • May require occasional vendor and partner coordination outside office.
