Your Role Regularly perform office inspections and determine which issues need to be addressed and plan for addressing the concern. Keep office administrative facilities up to date and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide a harmonious work culture for employees. Manage office facilities. Coordinate environmental/pest control schedules and requirements. Coordinate electrical requirements and concerns. Coordinate repair requests, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, pantry, and other office/housekeeping requirements. Coordinate with building admin for office requirements and requests; secure gate pass approval. Act as an Info‑Hub for providing administration related information and assist in planning for office layout. Ensure timely implementation and cost control of the project. Assist in handling back‑office operations, inter‑office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, checks, etc. Secure facilitation of utility bills payment for relocated expat staff. Coordinate PEZA and Taguig/Pasay City business permits, renewals, and other requirements. Provide reports to immediate superior regarding work updates and daily activities. File and safely keep all forms and other daily job related documents. Attend to equipment and building related issues and concerns. Provide technical support to Property/Facility Manager on building maintenance program. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. Must have at least 3 years of prior experience in a related area. Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Willingness to report onsite on a full‑time basis.
