The Admin and Facilities Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and maintenance of the company's facilities. This role involves coordinating with building engineers, overseeing workplace cleanliness and safety, managing administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations to maintain an efficient and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety of the workplace.
  • Coordinate with building engineers and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related concerns.
  • Manage and monitor office supplies, utilities, and equipment.
  • Maintain and update facility-related documents, reports, and records.
  • Assist in planning and implementing office layout or renovation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with PEZA and other government requirements.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling, procurement, and logistics.
  • Handle calendar management and coordination of meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course.
  • 2–3 years of work experience in Facilities Management or a related role.
  • Strong awareness of health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the workplace.
  • Experience coordinating with building engineers for facility operations.
  • Knowledgeable in PEZA processes.
  • Proficient in calendar management and administrative coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Operating Systems, and the Internet).
  • Must be willing to work on night shifts and shifting schedules at BGC, Taguig.
