Vice President of HR

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- With at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (Director/VP level)
- Must have experience working in a Multinational Company
- Proven experience handling a large workforce of 3,000-5,000 employees or more
- Extensive expertise in all HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, labor relations, and payroll
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, labor relations, compliance, and legal procedures
- Demonstrated success in organizational development and change management
- Strong leadership characterized by resilience, intelligence, humility, and empathy
- Exceptional decision-making, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership and ensure alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives
- Oversee and manage all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, and compliance
- Drive organizational development programs, fostering a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management on HR policies, labor laws, and strategic workforce planning
- Lead and manage labor relations, including negotiations, grievance handling, and maintaining strong relationships with unions and regulatory bodies
- Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards
- Mentor and develop HR leaders and teams to build organizational capability and leadership pipeline
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and values-driven culture across the organization
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Represent the company in external HR networks, professional associations, and with regulatory agencies when necessary
