To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Vice President, ensuring the smooth execution of executive functions, efficient coordination with departments, and proper handling of confidential matters and documentation.

  • Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of the Vice President.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Take minutes of meetings and ensure timely distribution of action points.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Serve as the liaison between the Vice President and other departments or external partners.
  • Relay directives, instructions, and updates from the VP to concerned personnel.
  • Follow up on pending projects, reports, and deliverables as instructed.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for meetings or business trips.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects led by the VP.
  • Coordinate office supplies, requisitions, and administrative needs for the VP's office.
  • Prepare and consolidate periodic reports required by the VP.
  • Monitor deadlines, project milestones, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the VP in tracking departmental goals and performance indicators.
  • Perform other tasks or special assignments as may be directed by the Vice President or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
