· Lead and effectively manage the HR team, providing direction, resources, and support to ensure efficiency and quality of HR services.
· Provide professional leadership, mentoring and development to HR staff, promoting knowledge- sharing and maintaining professional standards to strengthen leadership pipelines and retention.
· Develop and recommend effective employment policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including Data Privacy, Equal Opportunity, and Health and Safety legislation.
· Oversee the execution of the HR strategy and core functions, including:
o Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
o Employee Relations and Welfare
o Workforce Administration
o Employee Engagement
o Payroll and Benefits Administration
o Reward and Recognition Programs
· Manage and provide periodic update on ISO 9001:2015 functional quality objectives specifically, manpower resources status, facilitate and summarize results of departmental Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey semi-annually, Competency Framework gap analysis, and compliance to legal requirements.
· Take a role in transforming and strengthening the organization culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed. Uphold a culture of trust, integrity and ethical responsibility within the organization.
· Execute plan for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives consistent with company strategy and commitments.
· Provide monthly updates to immediate head on all areas of HR, Compensation and Benefits, and Learning and Development, including application of Employment Law, HR Policy and best practice and workplace environment.
· Ensure heads and managers are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to effectively manage their teams.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on employee engagement, welfare activities. Productivity and leadership capability development.
· Build and maintain collaboratives relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns, expectations, and feedback proactively.
· Stay abreast of external trends and industry developments affecting HR and adapt strategies accordingly.
