We're growing - and we're looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth through expert pricing strategies, market insights, and data-driven performance optimization.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analytics, strategy, and results — and who enjoys a dynamic position where every decision impacts performance.

You'll manage revenue optimization, pricing intelligence, and business analytics while providing light customer service support and occasional guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
  • Manage pricing tools such as PriceLabs, Beyond, or Wheelhouse for multiple OTAs.
  • Monitor market demand, seasonality, and local event data to adjust rates in real time.
  • Track KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Net Revenue.
  • Design promotions or minimum-night strategies to improve yield and booking conversion.

Performance Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports to track revenue trends and performance forecasts.
  • Present actionable insights to management and property owners.
  • Identify underperforming listings and recommend data-backed improvements.

OTA & Channel Optimization

  • Audit listings on Airbnb, , VRBO, and other OTAs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and ranking strength.
  • Track conversion rates and platform performance, reporting findings internally.
  • Recommend adjustments to listing content, pricing, or availability to improve results.

Owner & Business Insights

  • Prepare property performance summaries and revenue forecasts for owner reporting.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market opportunities.
  • Support leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and acquisition analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to align campaigns with occupancy needs.
  • Provide insights to operations and customer service teams on booking trends and guest behavior.
  • Offer light customer service support, assisting guests or resolving issues when necessary.
  • Support management with automation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Management (preferably in short-term rental or hotel industry).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS, OTA extranets, and dynamic pricing tools.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, with possible U.S. time overlap.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience managing a short-term rental / Airbnb portfolio.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hostaway, PriceLabs, Beyond, Asana, or AirDNA.
  • Background in business analysis, forecasting, or data visualization.

The position is full time and Paid bi-Weekly,
