About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and profitability of our revenue cycle — from invoicing and cost tracking to gross margin analysis and performance reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the end-to-end revenue process, including invoicing, collections, cost of sales, and gross margin reporting
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance, profitability, and operational efficiency across projects and business units
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Prepare and review financial reports focused on sales, costs, and profitability trends
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Account Management teams to align revenue forecasts with actual performance
  • Implement process improvements to strengthen financial visibility and operational accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
  • Strong background (minimum 3 years) in revenue operations, financial planning, or accounting
  • Experience in invoice management, cost tracking, and profitability analysis
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Google Workspace, or similar platforms
  • Basic user proficiency level with QuickBooks is required for this position
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • CPA qualification is a plus, but not required
