We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager with a strong background in hotel operations and hospitality management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, team performance, and financial results.

This position requires a proven track record in hotel management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Lead and manage department heads to maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety, and staff performance
  • Develop and execute business strategies to improve occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and overall profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, brand standards, and local regulations
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and provide leadership, training, and mentorship to staff
  • Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and revenue teams to maximize bookings and drive brand growth
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and local authorities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting
  • Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and other relevant hospitality software
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong customer service mindset and a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
