About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team at LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales efforts, driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with our key clients.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help them reach their full potential
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and generating leads
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the Sales focusing on Sales leading, Account & Relationship Management industry
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to inform decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
