Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary objective is to develop and execute online sales strategies that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase revenue through the company's e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, website traffic, and customer engagement to drive revenue
  • Manage the day-to-day operations maintenance, inventory management, and order fulfillment of the company's e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce and website performance metrics, customer data, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new e-commerce features and functionalities to enhance the user experience
  • Ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Manage relationships with vendors, platforms and service providers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Entrepreneurship and other related field
  • At least 3 years experience in E-commerce management
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies, website optimization and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in E-commerce platforms
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Must be an individual and a team-player at the same time
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
