Taters Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Franchise Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee our franchise operations and drive business growth. This role is crucial for ensuring consistent implementation of TEI's strategic plans, increasing sales and profitability across all franchise locations, and identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams to expand our distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Franchise Operations, including regular store visits, implementing strategic plans, and driving franchisee revenue and profitability.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for sustained business growth, including identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, product lines, and distribution channels.
  • Prepare annual business development plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Proactively build alliances and network with potential partners for expansion and explore supplier partnerships.
  • Motivate, mentor, and contribute to the development of staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of solid managerial experience in Operations, Business Development, or Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Franchise Store Operations in the Food Industry and Marketing principles.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral), negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to embody TEI values: honesty, excellence, responsibility, respect, ownership, integrity, and customer first.
  • Must be willing to conduct frequent fieldwork.
