Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Adamson Center, Makati City HYBRID work setup (2 to 3 days per week RTO/onsite) SUMMARY: Under direct supervision and regular review, support the recruiting efforts of the Company through sourcing potential candidates, conduct preliminary phone screenings of applicants, and maintain applicant reporting and metrics. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess and review applications from various channels and conduct

preliminary assessment through application screening and phone interviews.

  • Attend and assist in job fairs and other recruiting events.
  • Prepare reports and maintain applicant information in a database.
  • Keep track of applicant movements until hiring of successful candidates.
  • Endorse and coordinate interview schedules and gather interview feedback

from the Customer Service Directors  or Project Managers.

  • Conduct candidate sourcing for IT and non-IT posts with the ability to

meet deadlines for line-ups.

  • Monitor step-by-step recruiting process implementation.
  • Other related functions that may be assigned as needed

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal

skills.

  • Ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning abilities.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power

Point, Outlook).

  • Stay current on newest talent sourcing ideas and trends.
  • Note and report observed or suspected security weaknesses or breaches in

systems or services to the Helpdesk.
