About the role

EasyFood Restaurants Corporation is seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resource Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Santa Mesa, Manila City location. As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the overall success of our growing restaurant business. This is a full-time position that will involve a variety of HR-related responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork
  2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  3. Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as processing payroll, handling employee queries, and organising HR-related events
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  5. Support the HR Manager in various projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a human resources or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  2. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  6. Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices is an advantage
