Ortigas, Philippines Z-Connect Inc. Full time

· Technical support for Fujitsu products.

· Phone, email, and walk-in clients support (HW/SW).

· Receive, monitor, and release walk-in clients' equipment for repair and service requests.

· Send quotation to walk-in clients.

· Request to process order once payment received.

· Monitor walk-in client's order.

· Route necessary forms and documents (memo, gatepass, bldg. pass, MSR, AR, etc.).

· Coordinate part request, demo unit requests, RMA, and other related activities.

· Monitor demo and spare units.

· Attend to FPP support meeting/s.

· Send weekly report and other reports related to FPP.

· Assist in routing PO, BA, and DO for FPP sales.

· Assist on other ad hoc activities and tasks.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ortigas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
