Keep Our Service Running Smoothly

What You'll Do:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via Facebook, phone, and email
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, end users, and internal teams
  • Coordinate repairs and technical issues with the Service Center
  • Manage warranty and unit replacement requests
  • Support clients with spare parts purchases and quotations
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for repair assignments
  • Handle payment processing for services rendered
  • Prepare accurate job orders and service reports
  • Submit weekly/monthly external service activity reports
  • Assist with internal processing forms during cutoff periods

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in service coordination, technical support, or related role
  • Solid understanding of electrical equipment/generators is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Customer service and support experience preferred
