What is your mission?

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in automotive systems to review mechanical inspection reports, ensure technical accuracy, and support technicians in the field. This role involves report editing, client communication, and administrative tasks, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Review, edit, and upload mechanical breakdown inspection reports, including photos and videos
  • Ensure technical accuracy, grammar, and completeness of all inspection content before submission
  • Provide phone or email assistance to technicians regarding inspections and reporting
  • Interact with clients, inspectors, and internal staff professionally through calls, emails, and instant messaging
  • Respond promptly to emails and client inquiries as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Work experience in automotive systems, mechanical inspection, or a related technical field
  • Previous Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience is an advantage
  • Strong technical understanding of both classic and modern vehicles
  • Proficiency in editing technical documents and ensuring accuracy in reports
  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
