Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of in-game digital advertising and other digital marketing solutions in Vietnam.
  • Develop and package new products to meet client needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital marketing strategies, including social media, programmatic, influencers, search, and analytics.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and provide training to clients and team members.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition and drive marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and recommend new technologies or partnerships.
  • Prepare and present monthly business development reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and international meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or tech; agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proven track record of success in senior sales or business development roles.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience leading high-level engagements.
