In order to support its development in AsiaPacific, ECOCERT is looking for a Sales Lead generator and Digital Marketing Executive.


Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support Ecocert's growth in South East Asia & Pacific. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across Ecocert's service portfolio, as well as driving Ecocert's exposure through efficient digital marketing and social media initiatives. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline of prospects and supporting the sales team in achieving regional targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients aligned with Ecocert's services and values.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using digital tools, databases, and industry networks.
  • Increase Ecocert's exposure on professional social media and drive digital marketing initiatives
  • Qualify leads through calls, emails, and online engagement to assess interest and fit.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
  • Collaborate with the regional management teams to align campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the organization of webinars, trade shows, and other lead-generating events.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and pipeline status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in B2B services or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Ecocert's service areas (organic, fair trade, CSR, environmental audits).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
