Position: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: On-site (Sampaloc. Manila)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PH Time

Your main job is to find and deliver high-volume, high-quality sales contacts that our sales team can turn into deals. We're not just looking for random names—we want smart, targeted lists based on real research and data.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Clay to find decision-makers and verified contact info
  • -This is a key requirement. If you are not familiar with any of these, we kindly ask that you do not apply
  • Build large, organized lead lists based on industry, role, location, and other criteria
  • Work closely with our sales team to understand who we're targeting—and make sure the leads match
  • Keep everything clean and up to date in our CRM (like HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Stay on top of trends and new tools to keep improving our lead gen game
  • Help us reach new markets and scale faster by delivering great contacts at scale

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or B2B research
  • You know how to find and verify contacts that actually matter
  • You're comfortable using lead-gen tools and CRM platforms
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and love working with data
  • You're a self-starter who can manage your own time and hit goals
  • Strong communication skills (you'll be working with sales and marketing teams)

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
