About the Role
We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Lead to take the driver's seat in connecting cutting-edge U.S. healthcare technology with global opportunities. This isn't your average sales role. You won't just be selling a product—you'll be helping transform how healthcare works, by introducing next-gen software to decision-makers who are ready to make a real impact.
Our client is an advanced Healthcare SaaS provider making waves in the U.S. market—and you'll be on the frontlines, helping them grow. Think strategic lead generation, high-conversion conversations, and building bridges between innovation and business outcomes.
If you've got the hustle, the tech know-how, and the ability to turn cold leads into closed deals, we want to talk.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive outbound lead generation: Use your sales instincts and research skills to find and connect with the right people in the right markets.
- Pitch smart: Craft compelling outreach and pitches that translate complex healthcare software into clear business value—no fluff, just results.
- Manage full-cycle sales: From prospecting to pipeline management to closing deals. You're not just here to warm leads—you're here to win.
- Collaborate with marketing: Help shape campaigns that actually attract qualified prospects (not just clicks).
- Build relationships with U.S. healthcare tech stakeholders: You'll be speaking the language of CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makers.
You're Perfect for This If You…
- Have 5–7+ years of sales/business development experience, especially in SaaS, healthtech, or IT services.
- Know how to generate, qualify, and close leads in B2B tech markets.
- Understand the U.S. market dynamics (timezone overlap not required, but experience helps).
- Love tech but can explain it in plain English. You can turn "HIPAA compliance" or "cloud-based EHR" into a compelling story.
- Are comfortable working solo, iterating fast, and adjusting based on feedback.
- Are hungry to build something, not just maintain a pipeline.

- Have sold healthcare software or B2B SaaS solutions to U.S. clients.
- Already have a network of healthcare/tech decision-makers.
- Are familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach strategies that actually work.
