JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Serves as Human Resource advisor to managers and supervisors as a point of contact.
  • Responsible for partnering with the business for Human Resource functions and consulting/grievances.
  • Advises managers, supervisors and team members on policy, guidelines and team member performance actions and assists in identifying opportunities to improve individual, team and business performance.
  • Assures compliance with all regulatory and corporate/audit requirements.
  • Conduct regular touch base with department leads and recognize HR-related issues for immediate resolution.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigation in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with leads and employees to improve compliance, work relationship, build morale, increase productivity and retention by applying HR expertise.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR colleagues to develop solutions, programs and policies, whichever is applicable. Proactively sell HR projects and initiatives, ensuring management and employee buy-ins, to achieve wider business goals.
  • Conduct SKIP level discussions, HR Orientation and other activities that will promote employee engagement.
  • Performs related functions as assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or other related course
  • At least 3 year general human resources experience, with at least 1 year HR Business Partnering experience
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs
  • Candidate must be articulate, has good conceptual skills, self-driven, proactive, a team player, has ability to influence stakeholders
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadline
  • Must be willing to work in mid shift
  • Amenable to work onsite in Taguig
