The HR Business Partner plays a key role in supporting and executing core HR functions, with a primary focus on payroll administration, benefits management, and compensation planning. The role also provides support in recruitment activities, labor relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This position ensures compliance with local labor laws and internal policies while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll, Benefits & Compensation
Administer and process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage employee benefits programs including enrollment, claims, and vendor coordination.
Support compensation planning and benchmarking activities.
Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity for payroll and benefits records.
Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Support campus integration and internship programs.
Labor Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies.
Support employee relations activities including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
Monitor and report on labor law updates and implications for HR practices.
HR Operations & Projects
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as engagement programs and learning activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to deliver people solutions.
Leverage HRMS and data analytics to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Humanities, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HR Services.
Working knowledge of recruitment, labor relations, and HR systems.
Familiarity with local labor laws and banking regulations is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Must meet all qualifications required of an Officer under existing regulations.
