Key Role:

As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver outstanding service with professionalism and empathy. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (with or without experience)
  • Senior High School Graduate (with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience)
  • at least 2nd year in college (4 semesters completed) with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience
  • Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City
  • Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules
