About the role

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team at Victorian Placement Agency'. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  6. Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  4. Familiarity with customer service best practices and procedures
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  6. No previous experience required, as full training will be provided
