The Area Manager of Rice in a box is responsible for supervising multiple RBX Rice in a Box stores to ensure smooth daily operations, consistent product and service quality, and achievement of sales targets. This role involves field-based work with regular reporting to the head office.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that standard quality of products and services is consistently delivered across all stores.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide immediate solutions.
  • Ensure that all facilities, equipment, appliances, and utensils are functional and in good condition.
  • Monitor availability of food items to avoid stock-outs.
  • Track sales performance and ensure timely bank deposits.
  • Coordinate effectively between stores and head office.
  • Submit regular outlet status reports to upper management.
  • Ensure all stores have a complete and properly scheduled crew line-up.
  • Conduct both scheduled and spot visits to stores for performance and compliance checks.
  • Manage and motivate store crew to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Prepare clear and objective reports on store conditions and performance.
  • Review and monitor all store documentation and records.
  • Handle government or lessor-related documents as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course. A degree related to business or food and beverage is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a food cart or quick-service setup.
  • Proven experience in overseeing multiple store or branch operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
