Job Title: Area Operations Manager – Silid Restaurant (Silang & General Trias)

Location: Cavite, Philippines

Reports to: Owner / Managing Director

Job Summary:

The Area Operations Manager oversees the daily operations, team performance, and overall efficiency of both Silid Restaurant branches in Silang and General Trias. This role ensures consistent quality of service, smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations, and alignment with Silid's brand values and guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support branch managers and staff across both locations.
  • Monitor daily sales, inventory, and cost control to achieve operational targets.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
  • Oversee staffing schedules, training, and team development.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the management team.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives for operational efficiency, innovation, and guest engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in restaurant or café operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B inventory management, cost control, and people management.
  • Flexible to travel between Silang and General Trias branches as needed.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, and maintaining the Silid brand culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
