Job Title: Area Sales Representative (ASR) – WADFOW Gen Trade

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to manage and support WADFOW partner stores (Gen Trade) in your assigned area. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and partners, and helping grow the company's market presence. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve area sales targets by guiding, supporting, and training company partners (Gen Trade, Dealers, and Mini Concept Stores).
  • Share sales insights and recommendations to help optimize regional business performance.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners for WADFOW Gen Trade concept stores.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Process client orders and promptly address concerns raised by trade partners.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation and growth of partner stores through consistent engagement and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in hardware, retail, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to perform fieldwork.
  • Valid professional driver's license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
