Job Summary
The Client/Account is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Representative to join their team. This role is focused on contacting prospective and former customers, qualifying leads, and re-engaging inactive accounts to create new opportunities. The representative will also track and analyze lead sources using their NetSuite CRM system and leverage platforms like LinkedIn to ensure accurate, up-to-date contact information.
The ideal candidate has a background in sales and virtual assistance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to reviving and nurturing leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to prospective and former customers to introduce the Client/Account's solutions and identify opportunities.
Execute a re-engagement strategy for inactive ("dead") leads, including:
Re-qualifying contacts in NetSuite CRM.
- Researching updated decision-maker information via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Restarting conversations with tailored messaging.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and product alignment.
- Track, monitor, and report lead source performance and conversion metrics.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Support the sales team by booking appointments, following up on warm leads, and preparing outreach lists.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or virtual assistance.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets (minimum 50 qualified leads per month)
- Excellent English communication skills with C1/C2 proficiency level required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional platforms for contact research and outreach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
