  • Generate qualified leads through phone calls, referrals, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Making presentations & offering product for sale
  • Developing new relationships & maintaining existing client relationship
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of qualified leads
  • Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
  • Communicate performance reports and market data to management
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Evaluate and set targets on how to achieve them.
  • Supervise sales agent

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in Sales Supervisory or Managerial Position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php50,000.00 per month
