DIRECT ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Process complex journal entry requests and adjusting journal entries within the defined SLA.
  • Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, analyze results, and propose adjustments.
  • Perform more complex period-end closing activities for income statement and balance sheet accounts
  • Review, reconcile, and prepare intercompany entries and adjustments, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items.
  • Resolve issues/tickets received for the team and respond to more complex inquiries.
  • Build and maintain effective and efficient relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Take part in special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· College graduate with a degree in Finance, major in Accounting or equivalent

· Minimum of 3 years work experience in General accounting and 1 year exposure to BPO/Shared Service

environment

· Proficient in any accounting system (GL, CO, IC, CM Modules)

  • · With at least Advanced Skills in using Microsoft Office Applications
