The Commercial Finance Analyst supports the finance team by assisting in financial reporting, client profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making. This role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights that improve business performance and ensure compliance with financial controls.

What you can expect to do:

Assist with timesheet reconciliation and time monitoringSupport commercial business partnering activitiesCollaborate with the Associate Commercial Finance Director on client deals, pitch alignments, fee proposals, and commercial developmentHelp drive controls on client commercials and ensure timely follow-upAssess risks for new initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage urgent pitch requestsSupport implementation and adherence to commercial SOPsPrepare quarterly client-level profitability reports and ad hoc profitability simulationsReconcile resources and project time allocationsMonitor and manage client fees and contracts, including reportingAssist with client audits and documentationProvide ad hoc reports as requested by business units or clientsSupport additional commercial finance initiatives led by the Country Associate Commercial Finance Director
