Finance Analyst

Job Title: Finance Analyst – General Accounting

Reports to (Position of Immediate Superior) : Finance Supervisor - General Accounting
Primary Job Responsibility
This position is responsible for the preparation of bank reconciliation reports, preparation of schedule and analysis and assisting the Finance Supervisor in monthly and yearly closing of books of accounts.

Records accounting entries in General Ledger using SAP

Reconciliation of Subsidiary Ledgers and Schedule of Accounts

Assistance And Completion On All Audits Reports/schedules Being Conducted

• Duties and Responsibilities done at IRREGULAR or INTERMITTENT Intervals

Recommends adjustment resulting from the review of accounts

Assists the Finance Supervisor for the monthly and yearly closing of Books of Accounts in SAP

• EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

MINIMUM educational level and background required by this POSITION: College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: BS Accountancy, CPA is an advantage

• EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

PERIOD OF TIME OR LENGTH of related experience the CANDIDATE must acquire before being assigned to and perform the functions of this job, SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL supervision: One year - Less than 3 years
