Sales and Marketing Director

The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing business and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the company. This position will lead the sales and marketing teams, ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration, and oversee the implementation of strategies for brand promotion, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy:
  • Develop and implement long-term and short-term business strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion for the company's products/services.
  • Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
Marketing Strategy:
  • Build and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop creative and market-appropriate marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee media, advertising, PR, and digital marketing strategies.
Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and develop the sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure close coordination between teams to achieve business and marketing objectives.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and direction.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and consumer behavior.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
Budget Management:
  • Manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring that campaigns are implemented within approved financial limits.
  • Optimize costs and ensure high efficiency in budget expenditures.
Reporting and Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the outcomes of business and marketing strategies to senior management.
  • Provide recommendations to adjust strategies for better business performance.
