We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the expansion and operations of the Bike business (ride hailing/delivery) across the Philippines region. The company has  already completed its legal setup, and this role will be instrumental in launching full business operations, building local teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with headquarters in Vietnam

You will work alongside a cross-functional team including Bike Operations Director and a PMO to establish our operations, build local partnerships, and execute business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead market entry and organizational setup across Philippines
  • Develop local business strategy and operations aligned with group-level objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional team.
  • Work closely with HQ to coordinate regional strategy, compliance, and growth metrics.
  • Represent the company with local partners, government agencies, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience.
    • The ideal profile should have a background in Logistics or Supply Chain, and previous experience in two-wheeler (motorbike) operations
    • Strong background in regulated industries or high-growth platforms (logistics, e-commerce, fintech).
  • Cultural Fit:
    • Strong adaptability to multicultural environments.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with structured thinking.
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Philippines business regulations and labor laws is highly advantageous.
