About Us

Campus Guardian Angel (CGA) is the school safety arm of Mithril Defense—a U.S.-based defense technology company featured on national news and active across dozens of states.

We're building a new category in safety: pilot-operated, less lethal drones delivered as a managed service.

Our mission: Give staff and first responders visibility and time in the first minute of a crisis—so students, teachers, and communities can get to safety.

Our team includes Navy SEALs, SWAT veterans, engineers, and some of the best drone racing pilots in the world. It's not your typical mix—but that's the point. We're not here to do business as usual.

We're scaling fast. With national press coverage, live demos across the U.S., and growing demand from schools, churches, and businesses, we need a marketing leader who can take us from scrappy to unstoppable.

That's why we're hiring a senior director of marketing—someone who owns everything from brand to demand: messaging, campaigns, digital, PR, and partner marketing.

You'll lead a Philippines-based team that ensures our story is seen, trusted, and top-of-mind in the U.S. market. You won't just support sales—you'll build the growth engine behind it.

What You'll Actually Do

This isn't a desk-only role—you'll be hands-on and leading from the front.

Your week might look like this:

● Launching campaigns that position CGA as the trusted partner for school safety

● Coaching the creative team on stories that resonate with superintendents and parents

● Repurposing national press coverage for broader awareness

● Partnering with Sales to fine-tune messaging for referral programs

● Ensuring our digital presence (website, LinkedIn, content) reflects who we are today, not six months ago

You'll own the playbooks, the metrics, and the results.

Who We're Looking For

You've led full-funnel marketing for a fast-scaling company—ideally in B2B SaaS, security tech, or edtech.

You probably:

● Love telling complex stories that feel clear, urgent, and human

● Balance brand-building with pipeline generation

● Have led distributed teams (bonus if you've worked with U.S. + PH talent)

● Turn thought leadership into campaigns that actually drive leads

● Build structure but move fast when opportunities appear
