About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our Marketing team and drive brand growth within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer loyalty, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels (digital, traditional, events).
  • Build, position, and strengthen the Company's brand identity in the F&B market.
  • Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content, SEO, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
  • Lead the execution of customer engagement programs, promotions, and events to maximize market reach.
  • Manage the Marketing team, agency partners, and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness; provide data-driven recommendations to Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and emerging media trends.
