JOB SUMMARY

With the guidance of the Business Development Division/Administrator/President, the Marketing Head shall formulate and install key marketing strategies to increase hospital brand awareness, hospital services and facilities to the internal community (active and visiting consultants, and intemal departments), to the external community (patients, and corporate clients, communities within the catchment area), and to shareholders, stakeholders, and external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations
  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing Bachelor of Science in Nursing Or any related course Post graduate studies and /or MBA, preferred but not required

Experience:

  • Has experience with customer service and public relations
  • With extensive experience in Marketing, preferably in a hospital, or pharmaceutical setting

Knowledge/skills:

  • Able to conceptualize product plans
  • Can develop marketing communication skills
  • Good business writing, and presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer relation skills
  • Must possess working knowledge in graphic design
