Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role located in the Philippines for a Head of Marketing.
  • The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing sales efforts, and handling public relations.
  • The role involves guiding the marketing team, planning and executing campaigns, and ensuring the company's brand and message are effectively communicated to target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
  • Proficient in conducting Market Research
  • Experience in Sales and developing sales strategies
  • Strong Public Relations skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing position, preferably within an employment solutions or recruitment industry is a plus
