Position Overview

The Head of Sales and Marketing will lead and oversee the company's digital and field sales operations, ensuring strong performance across e-commerce channels (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, online marketing) and traditional medical sales (hospital accounts, distributors, doctors, and pharmacies).

This role requires a strategic leader who can align digital marketing campaigns with field sales activities, build a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth for both pharmaceutical and medical device products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Sales Growth

Develop and execute overall sales strategy covering both digital and traditional channels.

Set monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

Oversee market expansion plans, including new hospital accounts, regional distributors, and online stores.

Team Management

Directly supervise Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs), providing training, field support, and performance reviews.

Lead the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Team, ensuring campaigns translate into measurable sales.

Foster collaboration between field sales and digital teams to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

Guide online promotions, product launches, and campaigns across TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms.

Ensure marketing content aligns with FDA/DOH regulatory requirements.

Use analytics to measure ROI of digital campaigns and optimize strategies for higher conversion.

Field Sales (Pharma & Medical Devices)

Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Support MSRs in managing key accounts, tenders, and compliance for product detailing.

Track competitor activities and adjust strategies for market competitiveness.

Reporting & Analytics

Monitor KPIs across both digital and medical sales teams (sales volume, conversions, account penetration).

Report sales performance to top management and recommend strategic adjustments.

Provide regular forecasts, sales pipelines, and market insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA is an advantage).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare distribution.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading cross-functional teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
