About the role

As Marketing Head at One Nadela Medical Group, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company's overall growth objectives. This is a full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, advertising, and events
  2. Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and promotional materials
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs
  4. Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to inform ongoing strategy and optimisation
  5. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful, ROI-driven marketing campaigns
  3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Experience in managing and leading a marketing team
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management, and marketing automation
