Why this role exists

We are centralizing marketing, lead generation, and corporate partnerships into one accountable function with daily in‑club presence and tight coordination with Operations and Sales. No freelance or part‑time arrangements. The Head will be hands‑on in content capture, editing, and asset production while directing Brand Ambassadors and vendors as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and brand performance

· Run a consistent social cadence of 4–5 branded posts/week across Facebook and Instagram.

· Own Meta Ads end‑to‑end: setup, targeting, A/B tests, budget pacing, attribution, weekly reporting.

· Direct creative output and personally execute editing/design when needed; standard turnarounds: posts ≈2 business days, event materials ≈2–3 business days.

· Lead weekly content capture in‑club; ensure brand standards on stories/reels, testimonials, class highlights.

Corporate partnerships and B2B sales

· Build and renew corporate MOAs; negotiate rates and benefits; expand employee coverage.

· Plan and staff corporate sales booths; set targets per event; track results and follow‑ups.

· Maintain corporate decks, flyers, and proposal templates that convert.

Growth systems and cross‑functional execution

· Own the lead tracker: daily hygiene, conversion audits, re‑engagement flows, and BA activity oversight.

Publish monthly and quarterly performance reports covering ads, content, lead quality, CPL/CPA, and corporate pipeline.

· Maintain internal SOPs and campaign records in Notion; coordinate vendors for signage and fit‑out timelines.

Team leadership

· Coach and direct Brand Ambassadors and Sales on outreach, follow‑ups, and booth coverage.

· Commission freelancers only when needed; you remain accountable for output quality and deadlines.

KPIs (tie to quarterly bonus)

  1. Cost per qualified lead: ≤ PHP 300 average.

  2. Pipeline volume: 100 new leads + 30 re‑engaged leads per month.

  3. Corporate acquisition: 20 new corporate employee sign‑ups per quarter.

  4. Content cadence: weekly posting plan delivered in full; event assets on time.

  5. Vendor and project coordination: all signage/upgrades delivered to agreed timelines.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.

· 4–6+ years in marketing plus B2B or corporate sales, ideally in fitness, wellness, or retail.

· Proven negotiation and closing skills for corporate deals; presentable and client‑facing.

· Hands‑on Meta Ads manager experience with clear CPL/CPA wins; strong analytics and reporting.

· Fluency in content direction and actual editing/design execution with common tools.

· Process discipline: CRM/lead trackers, SOPs, vendor coordination, and cross‑team execution.

Nice to have

· Experience running sales booths and roadshows.

· Familiarity with Notion and basic dashboarding.

Onsite requirements

Full-time onsite presence across AF Eton Tower and AF Paseo Center. Evening or weekend work as needed for events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php43,000.00 per month
