Assistant Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly driven Assistant Marketing Manager who will support brand growth, execute marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external partners. This role requires strong communication skills, creative design capabilities, and proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
COMMUNICATIONS & BRANDING (Main)
  • Serve as the primary liaison with digital and creative agencies to develop robust communication strategies that drive brand growth and differentiation.
  • Coordinate with issuing banks and partners to ensure optimal communications scheduling for promotions.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop marketing materials aligned with the company's branding guidelines, brand personality, and brand voice.
  • Create and design visual assets such as graphics for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, and event collateral.
  • Coordinate with regional HQ or relevant teams for website updates and promotional uploads.
  • Maintain consistent brand visuals across all platforms and materials.
  • Produce illustrations and vector graphics for various marketing applications.
  • Manage multiple design and communication projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
PARTNERSHIPS (Sub)
  • Develop and execute timely marketing campaigns that support long-term growth, including project planning, milestone setting, and regular updates to managers.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Evaluate potential product opportunities and partner merchants.
  • Develop promotion plans and run financial analyses to assess feasibility and profitability.
OTHERS
  • Act as the primary contact for marketing teams of partner issuing banks.
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
  • Preferably at least 3 years of marketing experience in the Philippine banking card industry (other industries may be considered).
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating design work across digital and print media.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to tailor designs for different formats and audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, good time management, self-learner, and creative problem solver.
  • Positive attitude, assertive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
